CHAPEL ON THE GREEN is a diverse community of housed and unhoused people who practice and proclaim the radical and inclusive love of God. Join us every Sunday at 2pm on the New Haven Green for worship and a shared meal.

We are old and young people of all genders; from many different races and ethnicities; from many faith traditions and none at all; in sickness and in health; believers, doubters, and seekers; poor, rich, and on the edge; employed, unemployed, and under-employed; here by choice or chance. You are welcome here!

This event will feature a presentation by Rachel Scotch and members of the team from Chapel on the Green, who will discuss its ministry, weekly services, and annual events including Maundy Thursday Foot Washing, the Chapel on the Green Birthday Celebration, and the Homeless Persons' Memorial Service.

About The ECW Spotlight

The ECW Spotlight will be held via Zoom on the first Thursday of each quarter, culminating in our Annual Luncheon in May. These welcoming town hall–style gatherings are designed to:

- Share inspiring stories and parish highlights
- Celebrate ministries and community outreach efforts
- Recognize faithful leaders and “heroes” within our churches
- Exchange ideas, resources, and encouragement
- Strengthen fellowship across all regions

Through these gatherings, we hope to honor the rich legacy of those who have come before us while also sharing our vision for the future through service, storytelling, collaboration, and shared success.
